Hat das eine besondere Ursache, oder reden Sie häufig mit sich selbst?

Also nicht, dass ich nicht oft mit mir selbst rede, aber in diesem Fall ist die Ursache eine andere. Ich bin ein bisschen krank und wenig gesellschaftsfähig und bevor gar niemand mit mir plaudert, tue ich das eben selbst.

Does this have a special cause, or do you often talk to yourself?

Not that I do not talk to myself often, but in that case the cause is different. I am a bit ill and socially unaffiliated and before nobody chats with me, I do it myself.

Gut, dann wollen wir mal über Ihr Image Coaching sprechen. Wieso bieten Sie das an? Sie sind doch eigentlich Künstlerin.

Stimmt, aber bei allem was ich tue, spielt die Kunst ohnehin die entscheidende Rolle. Ich coache bereits seit 20 Jahren, nur da wurde es noch nicht so benannt. Mein Schwerpunkt lag und liegt auf Stimmbildung und der Verbindung von Körper und Stimme. In all den Jahren lernte ich, dass alles zusammenhängt. Dass Stimme und Körper die Basis für unsere Ausstrahlung sind. Auf keinen Fall bin ich eine Farb- und Stilberaterin. In meinen Augen gibt es keine Winter oder Sommertypen, nur Menschen, die entweder eine positive Gesamtausstrahlung haben oder das Gegenteil.

Well, let’s talk about your image coaching. Why do you offer this? You are actually an artist.

True, but in everything I do, art plays the crucial role anyway. I’ve been coaching for 20 years, but that’s not how it was named. My focus was and is on vocal training and the connection of body and voice. Over the years, I learned that everything is connected. That voice and body are the basis for our charisma. By no means am I a color and style consultant. In my opinion, there are no winter or summer types, only people who either have a positive overall appearance or the opposite.

Also spielt Mode in Ihren Coachings keine Rolle?

Doch, aber es machen eben nicht nur Kleider Leute. Die Kleidung kann die Optik verbessern, wenn aber alles andere fehlt, bleibt es sehr oberflächlich. Es geht bei meinen Image Coachings um die Gesamtheit der Persönlichkeit. Wer sich neu erfinden oder weiter entwickeln möchte, kann das keinesfalls nur durch Äußerlichkeiten erreichen.

So fashion does not matter in your coachings?

It does, but not only clothes make people. The clothes can improve the appearance, but if everything else is missing, it remains very superficial. My image coachings are about the entirety of the personality. Anyone who would like to reinvent themselves or develop their skills can not achieve this only through outward appearances.

Das klingt sehr psychologisch.

Ich bin keine Psychologin, eher eine Philosophin. Es geht mir nur darum, Menschen wachsen zu sehen, stark und glücklich zu machen. Darum, dass sie ein besseres Selbstwertgefühl zu erlangen.

That sounds very psychological.

I’m not a psychologist, more of a philosopher. It’s all about seeing people grow, making them strong and happy. That’s why they gain a better self-esteem.

Wie ist denn das Konzept Ihrer Coachings?

Absolut individuell. Jeder möchte oder braucht etwas anderes. Das ist dann auch die erste Frage: Was wünschen Sie sich? Wohin möchten Sie? Manche möchten nur ihre Stimme und ihr Körperbewußtsein verbessern, andere wiederum lernen, vor anderen zu reden oder sich sicher durch einen Raum zu bewegen. Wieder andere möchten sich trauen mutiger in ihren Outfits zu werden. Oder eben alles zusammen.

What is the concept of your coaching?

Absolutely individual. Everyone wants or needs something different. That’s the first question: what do you want? Where do you want to go? Some just want to improve their voice and body awareness, others to learn to talk in front of others or to move safely through a room. Still others want to dare to become bolder in their outfits. Or just everything together.

Empfehlen Sie denn immer nur extravagante Stylings?

Einfach kann ich nicht. Da kommt eben die Künstlerin zum Vorschein. Meiner Meinung nach, gibt es eine Art Kunst des Kleidens. Aber es gibt so unterschiedliche Menschen, da muss man schon schauen, was passend zur Persönlichkeit ist. Es muss eine Harmonie entstehen, die sämtliche Facetten zeigt.

Do you always recommend extravagant styling?

I just can not recommend simple stylings. That’s where the artist comes to the fore. In my opinion, there is a kind of art of dressing. But there are so many different people, you have to look at what’s right for your personality. Everything must create a harmony that shows all facets.

Wer kommt zu Ihnen?

Frauen. Tatsächlich nur Frauen. Ich bin auch überzeugt, dass ich nur Frauen beraten kann. Dadurch dass ich keine Business Styles kreiere, sondern nur sehr phantasievolle Outfits, bleiben die Herren leider aussen vor. Ich würde mir allerdings sehr wünschen es käme mal jemand der sagte, ich will mal etwas ganz anderes ausprobieren. Das würde mir große Freude bereiten.

Who comes to you?

Women. In fact, only women. I am also convinced that I can only advise women. The fact that I do not create business styles, but only very imaginative outfits, leave most men  unfortunately outside. I would very much like to hear somebody saying: I want to try something different. That would give me great pleasure.
